Two companies are never the same, so there are no one-size-fits-all recipe to introduce Agile in your company. But I'll explain my experience introducing Agile in different companies with different sizes and different cultures. The language to be used during the talk will be Spanish.

Recently I collaborated in the book "España Lean Startup 2013", which tries to explain which is the current state of the art of the Lean entrepreneurship in Spain. My chapter is titled “Agile product development for entrepreneurships”, where I try to explain the application of different techniques like Agile Inception, User Story Map, etc. for a more efficient use of the scarce and valuable resources of any startup. This talk is based on this chapter.
