Drupal 8 is going to force us to get ready our object oriented programming skills. But that is something that you can already do in Drupal 7, you don't need to wait for D8 to use all the benefits of OOP in your current projects.
This session is oriented to developers that deal with custom code or maintain contrib modules that want to get a few tips on how to leverage object oriented programming in their code. We will provide some good patterns on how to bend Drupal to improve the developer experience and present some examples of how core does this.
WARNING: There will be a lot of code.
(I am flexible with the language of this session. I'd rather present in English, but I can do it in Spanish if needed)
